Following up

on showings and reporting results to you

It’s a question that few people think to ask when interviewing agents. “Will I know what people think of my home?”

You will if you list with TeamFisher because we think following up and keeping you informed is an important part of our duty in representing you.

The same state of the art system that keeps our sellers up to speed on scheduled showings does double duty in the follow up department.

Immediately after each showing, the buyer’s agent receives an email requesting feedback. Five quick questions and an open comments box make it quick, convenient and easy for agents to provide feedback on their showing and give us the direction that we need to know if we’re on track, or if something needs to be addressed.

For several years, each agent who has completed our feedback form receives a hand written thank you note and a scratch and win lottery ticket. Consequently, we often have a near 100% response rate to our feedback requests.

When an agent submits a completed feedback form, we receive a copy by email and so do you. The truly tech savvy TeamFisher seller will enjoy the cumulative feedback statistics which can identify common responses, found online with their showing calendar. We think you’ll appreciate knowing how buyers are reacting to your home.

See how the we use the TeamFisher Seller’s Communication Centre to keep you informed and to secure plenty of feedback on showings of your home.
