How showings of your home are handled

Your home is looking great, it’s being marketed all over the Internet and it has been entered into the agent MLS system. Naturally, serious buyers are going to want to visit it in person.

All showings will happen by scheduled appointment so you’ll never be taken by surprise. Requests to view or show the home, whether they’re made directly by a buyer, or by another real estate agent come to us first, and we in turn notify you. We’re prepared to notify you of requests to show or view your home by phone, by email, or by text message. You tell us which method best suits your family’s lifestyle and we’ll make it happen.

Regardless of your preferred method for arranging showings, the TeamFisher Seller’s Communication Centre offers you an up to the minute online showings calendar will also be available to you at all times on a secure, private website. Can’t remember if someone is coming this evening? Login and check your calendar. It’s fast, and it’s a simple way to keep on top of showing requests.

Showings are confirmed with showing agents by email. The confirmation email includes a feature sheet for your home, a link to your full format photo tour, a request to notify us directly if the buyer cancels or runs behind, and any special instructions which the showing agent may need to know (i.e.: Remember, there’s a cat living in this home who doesn’t normally go outside. Please make an effort to keep her inside).

Once the showing is set, we can let ourselves in using our state of the art lockbox system. Requiring a special keypad, and a PIN code, it’s not only highly secure but it knows exactly who entered your home, and exactly when they came.
