TeamFisher Home Sellers Communication Centre

This is a brief overview of the TeamFisher Home Sellers Communication Centre.

We add all requested showings of your home to the showings calendar in your section of our private and secure Home Seller’s Communication Centre.

An email is immediately sent to your email account to notify you of the showing request.

Once confirmed, the agent who requested the showing receives an email confirmation including the date and time of the showing and any special instructions which we included when we initially set the listing up.

Immediately after the showing, the buyer’s agent receives an email request for feedback and a small incentive for replying. It only takes a minute, and they can respond at a time that is convenient for them. We typically see response rates from 70-80%.

The buyer’s agent clicks the email link and arrives at this online feedback form containing five simple questions and an open comments box.

When the buyer’s agents completes and submits the form, you immediately receive a copy of the feedback by email.

As responses grow, so do feedback statistics in your private area of the Home Sellers Communication Centre. With this particular example, over 50% of showing agents indicated that they felt our price was ” a smidge high.” One minor price adjustment led us to a quick sale.

You’ll also find a list of the marketing activities that we’ve completed on your behalf in the Home Seller’s Communication Centre.

Keep in touch with your home sale when it’s convenient for you with the TeamFisher Home Sellers Communication Centre.
