If I&#039;ve learned one thing over the past few years, it&#039;s this: There are few things that are less reliable than real estate predictions. That&#039;s not to say I think TD is wrong but I&#039;m always open to the idea that the prediction will be a big fail. Lately, it almost always is.</description>
