Welcome to the Kelsey Woodlawn Area of Saskatoon

Partially residential and partially industrial use, the Kelsey Woodlawn area has one of the smallest populations of any of Saskatoon's neighbourhoods. The majority of the homes that exist there today were built before 1960. The housing stock is roughly seventy-five percent single-family detached houses with the remainder in detached duplexes and semi-detached homes.

The area is home to just one elementary school, St. Michael Community School in the catholic system. It has two small parks with green space totaling roughly eight acres. Amenities include baseball facilities and creative playgrounds.

This small community is located close to Saskatchewan Polytechnic and downtown Saskatoon making it a natural for students. Accordingly, close to fifty percent of the area's residents are renters.

Prime location for SIAST students, faculty, and people employed downtown with only a 10-minute walk. The area is also very close to Circle Drive retail and access to major roadways of 33rd and Warman road with 2nd Avenue which goes directly downtown. The river is also close at 5 blocks east. Small town charm within a bustling area.
