Don&#039;t worry though, house prices are berserk in Calgary and the houses there look like a lineup of dominoes.

		<description>I think the existing RMTN zoned townhouses are already quite well priced and look classy. It&#039;s funny that the City of Saskatoon feels houses need to be even more affordable when the Bank of Canada feels the opposite, as mentioned in your next most recent post.

Considering the BoC&#039;s suggested change, eg. the downpayment requirement becomes 10%, and a $200k house is less affordable than a $250k house was with a 5% downpayment, at least to most people buying in that price range. By the time this housing is available a year from now it&#039;ll have been made irrelevant by the BoC.</description>
