I checked the city’s neighborhood profiles and was surprised to see that the 2006 census says average income is about $140,000 for Arbor Creek, while the 2007 estimate says $90,000…

Hi Cindy,

The incomes are “2007 estimates” from the City of Saskatoon. The demographic info is from the 2006 census and the real estate stats are from the Saskatoon MLS.
