You might consider also putting a link to the neighbourhood’s Wikipedia articles. Some of them are better written than others, but I’ve been working to improve their quality. Here’s where you can find the links to all of them:

Jay, they have required a pretty good bit of time to keep them up to date. This year, I hired another assistant and she’s going to be helping me with that and other web related endeavors. A couple of years ago, I decided to add area photos and that has turned out to be one of the bigger challenges.

Norm, I had been thinking of something like this a while ago! It really is difficult to decide from afar as was the case for me when I was looking for apartments in early 2007!

Another nice thing to tie into (if you haven’t already) is the P2 neighborhoods app on Facebook. I despise Facebook but it’s neat to see the people that live in a neighborhood…

Wow, this is a really good resource tool! It’s interesting to see the pie charts for household incomes in different areas and also the # of rentals vs owned homes. Great job Norm!
