Brevoort Park is a residential neighbourhood, primarily developed between 1960 and 1970. A little over half of the area’s homes are detached houses and there is also a good stock of apartments, many of which have been converted to condominiums in recent years.
The area is bounded to the north by the 8th Street business district so there are plenty of nearby opportunities for dining and shopping including The Centre, and a wonderful McNally Robinson bookstore with an excellent restaurant, Prairie Ink.
The neighborhood boasts two public parks offering almost twenty acres of beautiful green space. Available amenities include baseball, skateboarding and soccer facilities, an outdoor skating rink, a toboggan hill and a paddling pool.
