We are relatively close to the business districts of Market Mall and 8th St. We have quick access to circle drive on the east side of town. We have a beautiful park that has a skating rink, walking paths and is much used by people in this area. The homes around the park and in the area are a mixture of colors and styles and are well maintained by there owners. We have separate and public high schools and elementary schools within a few blocks of each other. The only thing that would make it better would be the river running by our borders.
