Caswell Hill may be the city's best kept secret. The neighbourhood combines a central location with beautiful homes, streets, and parks, as well as great community. Those who dig a little bit deeper than simply the "alphabet" core location will benefit from a safe, vibrant, beautiful neighbourhood. I'm not always in love with owning a character home due to my ineptitude with maintenance and renovations, but I do not have a single complaint about my neighbourhood itself.

Those considering City Park and Varsity View but shocked by the sticker prices should check out Caswell Hill. It's simply a great place to live.

As a recent home owner in this neighborhood, my wife and I couldn't be happier. The houses are gorgeous and full of character, the trees on the streets and in the park space are beautiful, and everyone is incredibly friendly. We've also never had any problems regarding crime or noise. The recently renovated Safeway nearby is also great! Far better than living in a suburb on the outskirts of town and just as nice as any older East Side neighborhood!
