Hudson Bay Park

Hudson Bay Park is a residential neighbourhood located in the northwest section of Saskatoon that was primarily developed between 1940 and 1960. A little more than fifty percent of the area’s homes are single-family detached houses, while the balance is made up of low-rise apartments, detached duplexes and semi-detached homes. It’s a middle-income area with homes that sell towards the upper end of the value range for property on the west side of Saskatoon.

The area has two elementary schools including École Henry Kelsey School which provides a French immersion program for the public system and St. Edward School in the catholic school system.

Hudson Bay Park has an unusually large allotment of green space with almost fifty acres of space over four public parks that wind through the area. A wide range of amenities can be found in the parks including baseball, basketball and soccer facilities, numerous playgrounds, a toboggan hill, walking paths, an outdoor rink and a paddling pool.
