Massey Place is a residential neighbourhood located in northwest Saskatoon that was primarily developed through the 1970′s and into the early 1980′s. Single-family detached houses account for slightly more than half of the housing stock. Most of the balance is high-density, low-rise apartments.
Archibald McDonald Park is central in the area and offers thirteen acres of green space. Recreational amenities include baseball and basketball facilities, outdoor soccer pitches, playgrounds, tobogganing, walking paths, an outdoor skating rink and a civic paddling pool.
There is a small amount of commercial space in the area to provide convenience items and Confederation Park Mall is handy for major shopping and grocery items.
