Design team selected for Art Gallery of Saskatchewan at River Landing

Toronto-based Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects (KPMB) and Winnipeg-based Smith-Carter Architects, have been named the design team for the Art Gallery of Saskatchewan.
