Walkout basement on the park at 362 Thode Avenue in Saskatoon

Enjoy stellar views of Wallace Park.

Welcome to 362 Thode Avenue, in the beautiful Willowgrove community. Backing Wallace Park which houses Holy Family Catholic and Willowgrove Public Elementary Schools, this four plus one bedroom is perfect for families, both big and small. Located close to all the amenities of University Heights, and just a short jaunt from all the amenities and Saskatoon’s newest subdivision, Brighton, you don't have to go very far for any of your family's needs. Situated on a large, well-landscaped lot with a fenced backyard with expansive views of the park, you'll enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck or exit through the basement walkout to hop in the hot tub. As you move into the house from the front door, you’ll come upon the large, open kitchen, boasting dark, rich cabinets and comes complete with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in convection oven and a gas top range, a quartz-topped island, and an eating nook. The family room, just off the kitchen, is where you can watch the kids playing outside in the summer or warm up by the natural gas fireplace in the cooler months. Also on the main floor is a large office area, built-in storage, and a two-piece bathroom. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a five-piece ensuite, which features a two-man corner jet tub and a large tiled shower. There are three more bedrooms on the second floor, which all have built-in cabinetry, as well as a four-piece bathroom and the laundry room. The walk-out basement is fully developed and the family room is a perfect space for watching movies, playing board games or having a quiet night in. Also in the lower level, a three-piece bathroom, and the fifth bedroom. There’s plenty of off-street parking on the double-wide driveway, but you’ll appreciate being able to park in your the double attached garage and direct entry to the main floor.
