Welcome to #101- 505 12th Street East in Nutana, Saskatoon, SK

You’ve heard it said, “When it comes to real estate, location is everything” and this is certainly the kind of spot they had in mind when that phrase was coined. This tidy main floor condo offers a lovely view of the river valley and River Landing from the living room. All of the amenities of the Broadway business district are nearby including numerous restaurants, pubs and amazing specialty shops. Those who like to walk or bike will appreciate the nearby river valley with miles of paved pathways that wind through some of the city’s most beautiful scenery, and that can be enjoyed through all four seasons. Downtown Saskatoon is an easy walk for many. This condo is warm and inviting and features many impressive improvements including built-in cabinets and a Murphy bed that turns the den into a second bedroom with ease. The oak kitchen is open to the living room and features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and a generous eating area. The living room has large windows that catch the setting sun, and an impressive view that won’t soon grow old. A garden door provides access to your private patio and a common green space that you’ll enjoy throughout the Saskatoon summer. Additional features of note include in-suite laundry, a renovated main bath, and a lovely bedroom with dual mirrored closets and ensuite, heated underground parking and a spacious storage closet in the garage.

Norm has written a weekly review of the Saskatoon real estate market for more than 750 consecutive weeks which may make him the most consistent industry blogger in the world.

Norm is known for his passion for technology and can most often be found exploring and experimenting with the next big thing in real estate marketing. He was the first Saskatoon real estate agent to promote a home online and has been an early adopter of new technologies ever since. “Everything about this business has changed over the past 20 years, and it will happen again in the next ten. An open mind and a curious attitude are all that’s needed to continue to find new ways to serve our clients by delivering a faster, smoother, worry-free transaction,” says Norm.

In his spare time, Norm enjoys Crossfit and cycling, some years accumulating over 2,000 kilometres on the road. He’s a strong supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and enjoys raising funds by joining fun, fitness-related initiatives like the Grouse Grind for Shelter. In 2015, he trekked the Peruvian Andes to Machu Picchu. In 2017 he walked the southern highlands of Iceland across mountains, sand, snow, ice, lava fields and forest for seven days. Collectively those initiatives raised over a million dollars for Canadian women's shelters.
