Welcome to 79 Tucker Crescent, a three plus one bedroom on a large corner lot in the desirable Brevoort Park area. From this location, you’re within walking distance to all the amenities on 8th Street, which includes, shopping, restaurants, personal services, and so much more. There are two elementary schools in the area, Brevoort Park in the public school system, ad St. Matthew School in the Catholic system. Also close by are two public parks offering almost twenty acres of beautiful green space. Bus routes nearby can take you downtown or to the University of Saskatchewan campus, making car ownership almost obsolete if so desired. Inside the home you’ll find hardwood flooring throughout the main floor’s living room, kitchen and hallways. The kitchen and eating nook provides a great family space, where the kids can do homework while meal preparation is being completed in the U-shaped kitchen. Three bedrooms and a four piece bathroom round out the main floor. There is also plenty of room for storage. Downstairs, there’s a non-conforming one bedroom basement suite, with laminate flooring throughout the kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is tile flooring in the four piece bathroom. The utility room provides a shared laundry area and more storage. Out the side door, there is a fully fenced yard, a good sized deck, perfect for entertaining, underground sprinklers and enough room to build a garage. This home needs a few cosmetic touch-ups, but is well-built, and won’t last long. Come take a look today!
