Welcome to 915 Avenue G North, a charming one (plus one) bedroom, two bathroom bungalow in the Caswell Hill area, where you’re a block away from Ashworth Holmes Park, Mayfair swimming pool and just a ten minute walk away from Saskatoon’s growing antique district, an array of boutique shops, coffee shops and restaurant offerings. This is a great starter home with fantastic growth potential, and with Sask Polytechnic is also a short walk away, this would be perfect for a revenue property or for students attending the campus. You’ll enjoy the neighbourhood’s mature trees and shrubs, the yard's lawn spaces with fresh new grass, a large patio, potential gardening spaces, which are all private and completely fenced. On the main floor, there is newer laminate flooring throughout the living room, bathroom (with new subfloor), and the bright, open kitchen. The large bathroom features a deep soaker tub which is wonderful for relaxing in after a long day. There is extra storage in the back porch area. The basement is partially finished, and offers a three piece bathroom, laundry facilities, and a large second bedroom area.
