Zoning Bylaw & Official Community Plan Amendments – 1 Minto Place and 1232-1236 Idylwyld Drive North 1 Minto Place and 1232-1236 Idylwyld Drive North within the Kelsey-Woodlawn neighbourhood are proposed to be rezoned from DCD2 – Direct Control District 2 to CS1 – Corridor Station Mixed Use 1 District. This rezoning from Direct Control District 2 requires a concurrent Official Community Plan land use map re-designation from Direct Control District 2 to Station Mixed Use. Also required is a corresponding amendment to the boundary and text description of DCD2 in the Zoning Bylaw to remove the subject properties from its area. There is currently no development proposal for 1 Minto Place and 1232-1236 Idylwyld Drive North. The sites are occupied by vacant one-unit dwellings and vacant land.
