Brighton is one of Saskatoon’s newest mixed-use neighbourhoods that began developing seriously in 2016. It’s located in the Hollywood region at the east end of Saskatoon. According to the land developer, Brighton will offer a variety of housing options that would suit a range of people including “first-time home buyers, growing families, and retirees." 

Its early promise is a lifestyle of mobility built around a village centre that will offer a skating rink and a large public plaza facing an enchanting water feature. Bike paths, parks, ponds, wetlands and wildlife are all part of the picture in an area that will eventually be home to some 15,000 Saskatoon residents.
