East College Park is a middle-income family neighborhood located in southeast Saskatoon. The majority of this neighbourhood's approximately 1,740 households are single-family detached homes but a reasonable selection of low rise apartments exist along the main roads providing needed housing opportunities to students who attend the nearby. This area was primarily developed between 1971 and 1980.

Plenty of shopping opportunities exist within minutes of the area including Downtown Saskatoon is easily accessible via College Drive and the 25th Street Bridge.

Area residents enjoy over forty acres of public park space including the beautiful Sidney L. Buckwold Park. Between three public parks, you'll have access to baseball, soccer and tennis facilities, a paddling pool, outdoor rinks, numerous playgrounds, a wonderful toboggan hill and plenty of walking paths.

East College Park has been our home for 15 years. It has been a great place to raise our children, with wonderful schools in the area and quick access to local high schools. Sid Buckwold Park is perhaps the nicest community park in the city.
