Greystone Heights is an east-side residential subdivision that shares a border with the University of Saskatchewan's South Management area making it an attractive option for anyone employed on campus. Approximately sixty percent of the development that you see there today occurred between 1961 and 1970 and an additional thirty percent occurred in the ten-year period that followed. Roughly two-thirds of the homes in the area are single-family detached houses, while the balance is primarily made up of low rise apartments located along the southern edge of the area.
