Welcome to the Nutana Suburban Centre of Saskatoon

The Nutana Suburban Centre (Nutana S.C.) is bounded by Preston Avenue on the west, Circle Drive on the east, Taylor Street on the south, and Louise Street on the south.

The Nutana S.C. is a mixed use area, that is home to a number of civic facilities like the Lion’s Arena, and Nutana Kiwanis Parks, and a number of baseball diamonds that attract good crowds during the summer months. Walter Murray Collegiate and Holy Cross High School are also in the area, as is Market Mall, one of Saskatoon’s major shopping centres.

There are no single-family detached dwelling in the area, where housing is primarily high-density apartment style condominiums and row houses, which tend to be more upscale than the average, attracting a population that is comprised primarily of seniors.

We have lived in this neighbourhood for 9 years. We now have two small children and love that we can walk or bike to an outdoor swimming pool, several spray parks, paddling pools and a public library. In addition, we have a grocery store in walking distance and a HUGE yard. This is a terrific family orientated neighbourhood!
