Rosewood is a primarily residential area in the south east corner of Saskatoon. It is bordered by Taylor Street to the north, Boychuk drive to the west, and Highway 16 to the south. This location provides easy access to 8th Street and the Lakewood Suburban Centre where one would find ample shopping & dining opportunities. Also nearby is the Lakewood Civic Centre and the Wildwood golf course.

Development in Rosewood began in 2009 and has continued steadily since. Plans for the neighbourhood include a central village square with businesses, parks, and multi-family housing. A commercial hub will exist in the southwest corner of the neighbourhood.
